The bed with hypoallergenic pillows was exceptionally comfortable. the room was good-sized and warm. the staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. the bathroom was large. the location of the hotel was central, close to the train station in a quiet street. A good area for nearby restaurants.

everything is great here, had a nice stay for 2 nights. the staff is incredibly nice and very helpful, makes sure that the place is clean. the train station is walk from the hotel, central location. what's more, it's not too far away from the heart of the city.

I enjoyed my quiet and warm room with an adequately sized bathroom, air conditioning, 2 single beds.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with great views of the street, situated in a good area, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable; I also had a wonderful dining experience at a nice restaurant for dinner.

Located next to viale xx settembre, which was important for us. Location and the food — everything was so excellent.

The room was warm and good-sized with 2 single beds. the location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Sea Life Orlando Aquarium. the restaurant was really nice for dinner and for every budget.

The location was good for walking to interersting sights and good restaurants, and getting the bus out to Miramare etc..

When compared with other *** hotels in Italy like the San Luca in Verona, the Italia is uncompetitive with regards to room and service.

We had a great stay for 2 nights, loved the comfortable and warm room with air conditioning.

Good shower, and bathroom, bed was spacious, medium sized room with tv on hand to watch, wall mounted, good location, close to th bus and train station and marina.

Tv had no english channels, small bar and breakfast area, no views from window because of location.

Convnient location, close to train and bus stations and a short walk from seafront and Grand canal. We only used it for a brief overnight stay after flying into Trieste airport before moving on the next day - but receptionist was very helpful in directing us to a late-opening restaurant after flight was delayed. Quiet Location near a Train Station 🚉; Friendly Staff and Relaxing Atmosphere - we truly enjoyed our time here. Found a great restaurant nearby for dinner!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car pick-up and delivery service is excellent, makes the stay much easier and saves the time to look for a parking lot in a busy city with narrow streets.

The breakfast room is ery small, guests have to wait till others ave finished. Beds could have been better and not two separate beds in a double room.
